What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, PayPal and Apple Pay.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately no, only in the United States and Canada.
How soon is my order mailed out after I purchase it?
All ground shipping orders will be shipped within one business day. A Next Day or 2 Day delivery order will be shipped the same day if placed by 3PM that day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day.
What carrier does your company use and what are your shipping rates?
USPS. To avoid overcharging for shipping we use Shopify's calculated rates feature which provides discounted rates that are cheaper than at the post office.
Will you offer free shipping, ever?
Shipping is free for orders over $50.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, we will cancel your order if you let us know within 2 hours. Orders cannot be modified, a new order would have to be made.
What is you return/exchange policy?
Refunds are not accepted. Exchanges are accepted for defective items only. All sales are final on sale items. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receiving. Email us at hello@shopcharvi.com for exchanges.
My package says it was delivered but I don't have it, can I get a refund?
We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages.
Is my personal information protected on your site?

Do you restock sold out items?
It depends, you can contact us at hello@shopcharvi.com and provide the item name and we can let you know if we will be replenishing.
